PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE PAGE PRIOR TO ADDING YOUR NAME TO THE WAITLIST

Thank you for your interest in our leagues! The ECIHL has a limited ice availability, therefore we limit the number of players that can register for each league. Once the teams are filled, we will only add players if space becomes available--individuals on the waitlist will be contacted in these cases.

We have two leagues:

B League is a competitive league with 6 teams. This league is for experienced players.

C League is played as a pickup format with approximately 30 players. This is a good league for beginners, and those not interested in a highly competitive experience.

PLEASE Review the information on each league in the About Section before selecting which league you would like to register for the waitlist--you may only choose one league.

Note: The ECIHL reserves the right to move players between leagues based on demonstrated skills to ensure a safe annd enjoyable experience for all.

Ages

You must be at least 18 years old to play in this league.

When

Our season typically runs from late October through mid-April. Ice availability is sporadic, and pickup-style practice sessions for non-league members will only be scheduled if extra ice time is available.

Where

If you have not been to the Pensacola Bay Center (PBC) before, there is a parking lot off of Alcaniz Street (West side of the PBC). park there and enter through the glass doors to the left of the ticket windows. Go straight down the corridor and enter the arena area. Locker rooms are in the back right corner by the Zamboni doors. If you can't figure it out, ask someone and they'll be happy to help.

PROJECTED PRICING

Pricing is confirmed once the schedule and arena costs from PBC are released to the ECIHL Board. It is advised to budget for $420-500 per half season. You will also be required to register with USA Hockey, which is approximately $50. The B League aims to play 20 games per half season and most years will play close to 40 games from Oct-April.

GAME TIMES 2025-2026

Games scheduled Monday-Friday will start at 9:15pm and/or 10:30pm respectively

Games scheduled on Sundays have start times that range from 5:00pm until 9:15pm

Note: The ECIHL is always advocating for earlier games than our current scheduled start times. Please consider these times when deciding if being a member of the ECIHL is right for you!

ATTENDANCE STATEMENT

We understand that being part of our league is a big time commitment and financial commitment.

That said, B League rosters have approximately 15 skaters per team. You should not sign up for the league if you're going to miss 50% or more of the games. Being a committed member of the league is paramount to ensuring a competitive and enjoyable league for all.

Obviously, things come up and each personal situation is different. Reach out to the ECIHL President if you have questions regarding attendance and they'll be happy to advise you based on your specific situation.
